Jean Jordan:

Opening Adventures in Birds in 1980, Jean has seen all aspects of the pet industry through the lens of her small, yet raucous, exotic bird shop. Unfortunately, the economic downturn of 2008 left pets, owners, and the entire pet industry so stressed Jean founded SBABS to help care for the critters that lost their homes. Thanks to her non-profit organization birds, cats, dogs, and the occasional reptile, have received needed medical care and forever homes.
